Each panel indicates the trend with Year level of teacher judgements on the Australian Profiles scale. The medians are effectively linear with Year level up to Year 7. See Figure 7.3 for a plot of the means, medians and SDs. The lower right panel is the plot of the mean position of the students on two composite scales (Reading and Writing).
