plot indicates the general trend over time for Reading as assessed by
teacher judgement using the CSF scale. Over the 11 Year levels
P-10, the gradient of growth has been consistently 0.47 of a level per
Year level. From 1999 to 2005 the intercept has increased
consistently form 1.08 to 1.16, implying an improvement in the assessed
level of younger students after one year (or one additonal year) of
schooling.
